Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Farm Workers to join agricultural operations across Canada. This role involves a variety of tasks to support farm production, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops or raising livestock.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
-
Plant, fertilize, irrigate, and harvest crops
-
Feed and care for livestock (if applicable)
-
Clean and organize barns, pens, and equipment
-
Sort and pack produce for shipping
-
Follow safety and hygiene protocols
-
Assist in general maintenance of farm buildings and infrastructure
Qualifications:
-
No formal education required
-
Previous farm experience is an asset but not mandatory
-
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Team player with good communication skills
Compensation:
-
Hourly Wage: CAD $15.00 – $18.00/hour

Overtime Pay: As per provincial labor standards
