Job Description

We are currently hiring hardworking and reliable Poultry Farm Workers to join our team in Canada. This role involves hands-on care of poultry, maintaining clean facilities, and supporting day-to-day farm operations to ensure the health and productivity of livestock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feed and water poultry according to schedule

  • Collect, grade, and pack eggs

  • Monitor bird health and report abnormalities

  • Clean and disinfect poultry houses, equipment, and work areas

  • Assist with vaccination and disease prevention tasks

  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records

  • Operate light farm equipment when necessary

  • Follow strict biosecurity and animal welfare guidelines

Qualifications:

  • No formal education required (high school diploma is an asset)

  • Previous farm or livestock experience preferred but not mandatory

  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions

  • Comfortable working with live animals and in various weather conditions

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player

Working Conditions:

  • Early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required

  • Standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks for long periods

  • Rural work location with on-site accommodation (if applicable)

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage: CAD $15.50–$18.00

  • Overtime pay as per labor laws

  • On-the-job training provided
