Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Attendant / Housekeeper to join our growing hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring our high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms

  • Replenish towels, linens, and guest amenities

  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor

  • Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items

  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, elevators, and public spaces

  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and cleaning protocols

  • Provide friendly and respectful service to guests when encountered on floors

Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset, but not required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
