Salary: CAD $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Midwives to join healthcare teams across Quebec, Canada. In this vital role, you will support individuals and families through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period—ensuring safe and respectful maternity care.
Both experienced professionals and newly qualified midwives are encouraged to apply. International applicants who meet Canadian practice standards are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide care throughout pregnancy, labour, and the postpartum period

Monitor maternal and newborn health and respond to clinical needs

Conduct antenatal assessments, labour support, and postnatal visits

Support deliveries in hospitals, birthing centres, and home settings

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as required

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with Canadian standards

Educate patients and promote maternal and infant health

Work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
Qualifications & Requirements:

Registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife in Canada

Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery or equivalent qualification

Clinical experience in maternity and newborn care preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in English and/or French (language testing may apply)
