Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Farm Workers to join agricultural operations across Canada. This role involves a variety of tasks to support farm production, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops or raising livestock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery

  • Plant, fertilize, irrigate, and harvest crops

  • Feed and care for livestock (if applicable)

  • Clean and organize barns, pens, and equipment

  • Sort and pack produce for shipping

  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols

  • Assist in general maintenance of farm buildings and infrastructure

Qualifications:

  • No formal education required

  • Previous farm experience is an asset but not mandatory

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Team player with good communication skills

Compensation:

  • Hourly Wage: CAD $15.00 – $18.00/hour

  • Overtime Pay: As per provincial labor standards

  • Accommodation: May be provided or subsidized depending on the employer

  • Benefits: Some employers may offer health benefits and transportation assistance

Note: This position may qualify for Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) or Agri-Food Pilot depending on the employer.
