Job Description

We are currently hiring hardworking and reliable individuals to join our agricultural teams as Fruit Pickers / Vegetable Pickers across Canada. This hands-on role is vital to the harvesting process, ensuring the timely and quality collection of fresh produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Harvest fruits and vegetables manually or using picking tools

  • Sort and pack produce according to size and quality standards

  • Load and unload crates or bins

  • Follow food safety and hygiene practices

  • Work in various weather conditions, often standing or bending for long hours

  • Operate basic farm equipment if trained

Requirements:

  • No formal education required

  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments

  • Willingness to work long hours and weekends during harvest season

  • Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player

  • Previous farm work experience is an asset but not mandatory

  • Open to foreign workers (visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates)
