Job Description

🏗️ Job Title: Construction Manager
📍 Location: Various Sites Across Canada
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary Range: CAD $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Depending on experience & location)
✈️ Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified international candidates

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects across multiple sites

  • Supervise project timelines, budgets, and on-site personnel

  • Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, architects, and stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements

  • Manage procurement of materials, tools, and labor

  • Provide regular progress reports and resolve project-related issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or site supervision

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with Canadian building codes and safety standards

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Procore)

  • PMP or similar certification is an asset
